New Moon

The New Moon signals the start of a new lunar cycle, and it is also the best time to use the energy of the moon to start creating new and exciting chapters in our lives.

The New moon is one of the best times for setting new intentions, goals and starting new projects.

Now is also the right time to reflect on our previous goals and to let go of any negative energies that may be surrounding us or holding us back.

Having a little ritual during this time helps us to start attracting and manifesting a better reality and opportunities into our lives.

Simply lay out your favorite crystals (use a crystal gridding board if possible) and place a clear quartz crystal in the center of your collection.

Next, cleanse your crystals, your environment and yourself from any negative energies. There are various ways to do this, but I prefer to use sage and palo santo.

After that, meditate on what you want to let go of and what goals you have already accomplished.

Finally, set your intentions. Think about what new things you would like to manifest and attract into your life. Write them on a piece of paper if possible and place them under your crystal gridding board or under the clear quartz crystal in the center of your other crystals.

There are no hard and fast rules to everyone's spiritual journey and it is always best to follow your intuition.

So grab your sage sticks, get rid of any of that bad juju and start attracting in that beautiful reality that your higher self and the universe has waiting for you.
